who is DReW?

Andrew Hazelwood is a Columbus, Ohio native and Air Force veteran. He embarked on a transformative journey that brought him from aircraft maintenance to the realm of holistic health in San Diego. A significant turning point occurred in 2020 when a motorcycle accident resulted in severe injuries, sparking a profound determination for resilience. He discovered structural integration therapy under the mentorship of Kelley Schlager, a pioneer in the field, which enable him to return to life pain free. Andrew stands as a living testament the the effectiveness of holistic healing, blending soft tissue therapy and strength training for resilience and prosperity. As an advocate for health, he strives to inspire individuals from all walks of life on their unique jouney.

Treatment includes a structural integration therapy session where we identify imbalances and asymmetries in the body that are impeding optimal function. By assessing the skeleton structure we can bring the body to balance through myofascial and soft tissue manipulation.

Training for strength means having the ability to use your bio-mechanics as designed without compensations. Building stability to maintain integrity throughout movement. Expanding mobility to move through ranges of motion necessary for movement.

You are empowered to take control of your own journey. Like a car, routine maintenance is needed to keep running at optimal levels. I want to see you proactively to help your progress!
