Service Description

We begin by taking eight key measurements of your body while you’re standing to find any areas that might be tight or out of alignment. We’ll stretch and release those tight spots using safe, movement-based treatments. After the session, we’ll measure again to see how much we’ve improved your alignment. I’ll also provide simple exercises to help you maintain progress and keep getting better. This plan is great for anyone looking to move more freely, feel stronger, and stay healthy!
